On the morning of June 24, the Science and Technology Award Conference of Anhui Province was held in Hefei. A list of winners of the 2019 Anhui Science and Technology Awards was released at the meeting.
According to the "Anhui Province Science and Technology Award Measures" provisions, by the provincial science and technology award review committee, provincial party committee, provincial government approval, Anhui Province Etown information technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui University jointly researched and developed "flexible intelligent logistics sorting system key technology and application" was rated as Anhui Province Science and Technology Progress Second Prize.
It is understood that the "key technologies and applications of flexible intelligent logistics sorting system" has the design level of ultra-high precision, adopts servo control unit in the whole line, and has excellent mechanical properties. At the same time, the technology adopts ultra-quiet precision aluminum profile track and support parts, and non-contact ultra-quiet main line maglev motor, which can achieve ultra-quiet operation below 60 dB, which can reduce noise hazard and influence a more comfortable sound environment for the operator.
At present, the technology has been industrialized applied in many express delivery and logistics platforms such as Shentong, Post Office, cross-border e-commerce, shoes and clothing, greatly reducing the user's operating cost and difficulty.
